Pickled Herring Designs was the brain child of Michelle and Steff, two uniquely talented crafty gals. Michelle has a great artistic style that she has used in the graphic design and illustration world, and Steff is a quilting machine. Together they combine those two interests to make patterns for the fabric arts world.
Both growing up in a town outside of Toronto, which Steff's husband affectionately refers to as "Pickled Herring", when the two needed a name, it just stuck.
